The Iron Clinic Iron Infusion Service

The Arkaba Medical Centre is pleased to offer 'The Iron Clinic'.

The Iron Clinic offers a streamlined iron infusion service that combines your initial consult and the actual infusion for a same-day service. We handle collection of your Ferinject (iron infusion), making the whole process easy and stress free.

You do not need a referral to access this service, however, you will need to provide recent iron infusion blood test results (iron studies + full blood count).

Post infusion you will be referred back to your regular GP for ongoing care.

You may be eligible for an iron infusion if you:
- Are intolerant to traditional iron supplements; or
- Consistently forget to take supplements; or
- Have persisting iron deficiency despite taking supplements.
