Juliet is our in-house clinical pharmacist who works closely with our GPs to ensure the safe and effective use of medications. She provides Home Medicines Reviews (HMR) for eligible patients.
She has a certification in geriatric pharmacy and is completing post graduate studies on diabetes management and education to become a diabetes educator. She is the co-author of What am I Taking?, an Australian consumer guide on commonly prescribed medications. She is an advocate for person-centred care and is passionate about educating and empowering her patients.
