Telephone Access to Doctors

If you wish to speak with your GP, please contact the clinic during consulting hours and our Patient Concierge will facilitate communications. Please note that a response may be delayed dependent on consultation load and urgency. If it is an urgent matter and the doctor is with a patient, reception staff may take a message and ask the doctor to return your call, or offer further support services.

Please give the reception staff some indication of the urgency of the problem, as this will help us to appropriately triage your health concern.

If the matter is not of an urgent nature but you are unable to come into the clinic, we encourage you to make a Telehealth appointment. For more information regarding Telehealth appointments at Arkaba Medical Centre, please visit 'Appointment Types', under the 'Services & Appointments' menu.
