Hypnotherapy is helpful for treating a range of mental health issues and problem areas. ​

Hypnosis can help you:
- STOP what’s no longer helpful or good for you, such as unwanted habits or phobias;
- START doing what you want to do and
- Be BETTER at what you do, such as academic performance, sport or public speaking

​Dr. Aparna Lockie is experienced in clinical hypnosis and is on-site two days a week for consultations.

​If you have any questions regarding hypnotherapy, please make an appointment with Dr. Lockie to discuss whether this is an appropriate method of treatment for you.

​An initial consult with Dr. Lockie will be 30 minutes. Your first hypnotherapy session will take place on a different day.
