Himani has a Master’s degree in psychology and has been working as a registered psychologist, in a wide variety of clinical settings, since 2010. She is experienced in assisting clients to cope with a range of mental health issues and life issues and has a special interest in Anxiety Disorders. Himani combines a gentle and personable manner with a best practice approach to psychological treatment, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Relaxation therapies and evidence-based couple therapy (the Gottman method).
