Dr. Cicy Li
Dr Cicy Li completed her medical degree at the University of Adelaide and worked in multiple tertiary hospitals in Adelaide before specialising in general practice. She loves, and is committed to, providing holistic, patient-centred care and working together with her patients to achieve optimal health outcomes. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has worked in general practice in both Adelaide and Melbourne before moving back to Adelaide to settle down long-term.
Cicy has a special interest in sexual health, women's health, antenatal shared care, preventative health and chronic disease management. She is accredited to do antenatal shared care and Implanon insertion and removal. She has trained in sexual health and transgender medicine through Thorne Harbour Health in Melbourne and is a Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PreP) for HIV prescriber. She has also completed 6 months of further training in palliative care through the Northern Adelaide Palliative Care Service.
Cicy is also passionate about medical education and works part-time as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Adelaide to educate the next generation of doctors. She is also completing a Masters of Public Health part-time to enhance her medical education and research skill set.
Cicy also speaks fluent Chinese Mandarin. When she is not working, Cicy loves reading, going on hikes around South Australia and travelling with her family.
