We request that fees be paid in full at the time of consultation. Fees may be paid by cash or EFTPOS.

Please ask our receptionists if you require more detailed information on our schedule of consultation fees.

 

Fees can vary according to the doctor whom you are seeing, the duration and complexity of the service and whether you are being seen "after hours".

Please note that other services and treatment room services (eg. home visits, nursing services, minor surgery, suturing, dressing) may incur additional costs.

Workcover and MVA Consultations are charged at the scheduled rate. Fees for Work Medicals, Commercial Drivers Licences and Insurance applications are the responsibility of the patient. These consultations are not covered by Medicare.

We accept Cash, Credit or Debit Card. If you register your bank account with Medicare, Medicare will deposit the Medicare benefit into your bank account with in 3 days. Alternatively our TYRO/EFTPOS machine can refund the Medicare benefit onto a Debit Cards Savings or Cheque account on the same day.

All fees are to be paid on the day.

Bulk Bill Fee Policy

It is the policy of AMC to bulk bill from Monday to Friday before 6:00pm and on a Saturday, the following patients:

                                                        -              Under 16’s (except after 6:00pm Monday to Friday and Sundays.)

                                                        -              DVA patients
